The DPR gravity stoner has been designed for the splitting of light and heavy wheat fractions, the separation of stones and other light specific weight materials and the partial elimination of dust and other impurities.
When the product reaches the upper sieve, vibrations and the circulating air produce a separation, the light grain is driven towards the outlet and the heavy grain falls on the lower sieve along with the stones. At this stage, the same process is performed, separating stones from the product which falls into the heavy grain hopper.
The frequency and extension of vibrations, the perforation of the sieve and the suspension effect produced by the air causing the grain to be lifted up, allow a precise operation which ensures a correct separation. The structure of the machine body is self-supported and it is attached to the ground by spiral springs. The machine is powered by two motorised vibrators. The sieves are made of aluminium with cleaning rubber balls.
The DPRra version features inner re-circulating air system with canalisation within the machine body.
