PC plansifters are sifting machines of huge capacity: they have several sections of square sieves one upon the other.
The vast experience of Prillwitz on machinery for the foodstuff and milling industries, has allowed it to succesfully enhance flow´s diagrams and building details of sieves, therefore increasing their capacity and achieving optimal efficiency. We have always emphasized these issues because they are crucial to the sifting process. With this objective, the diagram has been simplified by eliminating some of the coarse classifications which allows for the introduction of remaining sieves for the flour sifting, yielding a sensible increase in capacity.
To perform the first classifications, we have added wider sieves which unload the product that passed under the finisher, thereby improving the unloading speed. Because of their having these new screeners, Prillwitz´s sifters do not need extractors in order to accelerate the sifted product unloading.
The sifters´ robust structure prevents the machine´s breaking. The body that holds sieves has been especcially designed in order to resist high pressures and avoid product´s accumulation and wetness.
